1 Ton Per Hour Feed Pellet Mill Poultry Animal Feed Pellet Production Line
Complete Feed Pellet Production Solution
Feed pellets are essential for farms of all sizes, from small household operations to large commercial facilities. While a single feed pellet machine can produce pellets for smaller needs, larger farms benefit from complete production lines that offer higher output, efficient storage solutions, and significant labor savings.
Production Line Components
- Pulverizer for raw material processing
- Feed pellet machine for pellet formation
- Conveyor systems for material handling
- Feed mixer for uniform ingredient blending
- Feed cooler for temperature regulation
- Packaging machine for final product preparation
The production line configuration is customizable based on specific requirements. Equipment sizing varies according to output capacity, while different pulverizers handle various raw materials from grains to rice straw. Conveyor selection depends on material type, with belt conveyors for forage and screw conveyors for granular materials. Mixer options include horizontal mixers, forage mixers, and combined crushing-mixing machines.
Key Features
- Two structural configurations: integrated steel frame for compact layout and elegant appearance, or floor type for easy maintenance
- Small to medium systems feature manual weighing and batching for economical operation
- Large systems incorporate computer-automated weighing and batching for precision and efficiency

Applications & Raw Materials
The feed pellet production line processes various materials including crushed grains, soybean meal, grasses, licorice, rice straw, crop straw, chicken feed, premixes, and feed additives. Corn and wheat require minimal crushing before mixing with processed grasses and straws. The pellet machine heats materials to approximately 70°C during production, forming pellets through compression. An integrated cutter adjusts pellet length, while disc aperture determines thickness. Larger pellets suit pigs, cattle, sheep, horses, camels, and deer, while smaller pellets feed chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, rabbits, birds, and pets.
