1. Crushing process for automatic pellet production line:
Description: The ideal size for pelleting is 3 - 5mm. If the size of your biomass raw materials is bigger than 5mm, it should to use the Wood Chipper / Pulverizer / Hammer Mill for crushing.
Question 1: What's your raw biomass materials? Please inform us its size, such as the diameter or thickness.
2. Drying process for automatic pellet production line:
Description: The best moisture content / humidity to pelleting is 10 - 15%. If your raw materials is too wet, it should to use our Airflow type dryer or Rotary Dryer for drying, they can reduce the moisture from 30~60% to 10~15%.

Question 1 : I know little for pellet machine and production line, what should I do ?
A: Don't worry about that. Please tell us your requirements, such as what kind of feed you want to produce, the output you want per hour, how many raw materials you use and so on, we will recommend suitable feed machine to you and also design the flow diagram for you.
Question 2 : How long is your warranty time ?
A: One year(Calculated from the equipment arriving the customer’s side.). After this period, we will definitely provide you with great support whenever you need. In a word, you will be welcome to contact us with any problems.
Question 3 : What equipment does this machine mainly consist of ?
A: This complete animal feed pellet machine includes feed hammer mill, feed mixer, feed pellet machine, feed pellet cooling and screening machine, packing machine.
Question 4 : Is the pellet machine dry in and out?
A: What we usually call dry-in and dry-out means that the raw materials can be processed directly. This is a
misunderstanding. It is not a real dry-in and dry-out, because the raw materials used contain a certain percentage of moisture, as long as the overall humidity is Between 10%-15%, there is no need to add water, and it can be done directly. If the raw materials are very dry, you can spray a little water, a small amount, about 3%-5%, so that it can be formed well and will not affect storage.
Question 5 : Does the pellet machine have any requirements for raw materials?
A: Grain materials do not need to be crushed, but forage and straw must be crushed before they can be processed. It is best to use powder materials because the particles made from powder materials are evenly nutritious.
