Working principle of flat die wood pellet machine:
The equipment is based on the inherent motion of the machine. The motor (or diesel engine) is used as the power to drive the gear to the main shaft. The powdery material is plasticized, the protein is denatured by temperature, and extruded from the die hole under the extrusion of the pressure roller. The required particle length can be obtained by adjusting the cutter, and then the formed particles are passed through the throwing tray. It is sent out of the machine through the discharge port.
