With the development of animal husbandry and the advancement of feed industry technology, granulators have become increasingly important in the granulation process. The production efficiency of pelletizers seriously affects the economic benefits of feed factories. Therefore, in order to improve production efficiency, it is necessary to not only have good equipment, but also to design a reasonable production process.

 

The granulation machine is widely used in livestock and poultry industries such as pigs, broilers, cows, sheep, and fish. In addition to promoting feed production efficiency, it also has the following advantages:

 

  • Increase particle density, reduce transportation costs, and facilitate transportation.

Applications:

The operational principle of small feed complete sets is that a pulverizer is used to crush various feed raw materials into powderlike particles. Materials that do not need to be crushed can be fed directly into the mixer with a screw conveyor.

 

The mixer has double screw belts that are used to evenly mix the raw materials. Afterword, the mixed material is then transported to a granulator with a screw elevator.

 

The finishing products are cooled and screened via a cooling and screening machine where unqualified products are sieved out.
