4. There are a wide variety of raw materials, and the feed formula can contain more than 12% oil. The screw has excellent self-cleaning ability.
5. When restarting or changing material types, there is no need to clean the machine boring and screw. The host adopts variable frequency speed control to adapt to different types of raw materials, and the discharge cutting knife adopts variable frequency speed control to adjust the length of materials.
6. The screw sleeves are made of special materials and processes, which are wear-resistant and have high pressure.
7. Feed is sterilized under high temperature and pressure during processing, ensuring the hygiene and safety of feed products
8. The cylindrical aperture of the discharge mold is d=1mm -10mm, as well as other special shaped mold holes (which can be made according to customer requirements).
