Product Description:


Feed pellet machine (also known as: pellet feed machine, feed pellet mill, pellet feed forming machine), belongs to feed pelletizing equipment. It is a feed processing machine that uses corn, soybean meal, straw, grass, rice husk, etc. as raw materials, and directly compresses them into pellets after crushing the raw materials.

 

working principle
Based on the principle of circular motion, the mold plate and the pressure roller are specially treated with high-quality alloy steel. Under the action of friction, the main shaft and the flat mold drive the pressure roller to rotate. The pellets are extruded from the die hole under the extrusion of the pressure roller, and the pellets are sent out of the machine through the throwing tray, and the length of the pellets can be adjusted through the incision.

 

Feed pellet machine maintenance:

 

1. Use high-quality ring dies and pressure rollers. Avoid the use of low-quality ring dies with out-of-roundness and rough inner holes, and select the compression ratio of the ring die according to different formulas to ensure smooth discharge of the ring die, avoiding increased power consumption and reduced production capacity;

 

2. The raw materials must be cleaned of iron and impurities, and the iron removal device should be cleaned once every shift to prevent foreign matter from entering the ring die working room, causing vibration of the machine body and cracking of the ring die;

 

3. Put an end to overload production. During the production process, the working capacity of the granulator itself should not be exceeded, otherwise the motor will be damaged and the components will be accelerated to wear, which will shorten the service life of the granulator.

 

4. Repair and replacement of the screen of feed pellet machine equipment. The screen is made of punched thin steel plate or iron sheet.

When the screen is worn or penetrated by foreign matter, if the damaged area is not large, it can be repaired by riveting or soldering; if it is damaged in a large area, it should be replaced with a new screen. When installing the screen, the burr side of the screen hole should face inward, the smooth side face outward, and the screen piece and the screen frame should be tightly fitted. When the ring sieve is installed, the stubble in the overlapping joint should follow the direction of rotation to prevent materials from getting stuck at the overlapping joint.

 

5. Replacement of claws and hammers of feed pellet machine equipment. Among the crushing parts, the crushing claws and hammers are the vulnerable parts in the feed mill, and they are also the main components that affect the crushing quality and productivity. The crushing claws and hammers should be replaced in time after they are worn out. When replacing the claws, the disc should be pulled out first. Before pulling out, first open the round nut lock on the back of the disc, unscrew the round nut with a hook wrench, and then pull out the disc with a special puller. In order to ensure the balanced operation of the rotor, attention should be paid to complete replacement when changing the gears, and a static balance test should be done after the replacement to make the pulverizer work stably. When assembling the claws, be sure to tighten the nuts, and be careful not to miss the spring washers. Qualified parts should be selected when changing teeth, and the weight difference of a single claw should not be greater than 1.0-1.5 grams.

 

6. Lubrication and replacement of feed pellet machine equipment bearings. The bearings should be cleaned after every 200 hours of operation of the pulverizer. If the bearing is lubricated with engine oil, it is advisable to fill up 1/3 of the gap of the bearing seat when adding new engine oil, and no more than 1/2 at most. Before operation, it is only necessary to tighten the cover of the regular oil cup a little. When the bearing of the pulverizer is seriously worn or damaged, it should be replaced in time, and attention should be paid to strengthening lubrication; if tapered roller bearings are used, attention should be paid to check the axial spacing of the bearings to keep it at 0.1-0.3mm. Use the paper pad on the bearing cover to adjust.

Precautions


Precautions for the use of pellet machine:

1. The new machine must be used for the first time, otherwise it cannot be used normally.

2. For lighting power supply, the power line shall be copper wire with no less than 4 square meters, and the instrument shall use 5-10A.

3. When the pellet machine is working, do not put your hands into the feeding port.

4. Before the machine is turned on, it is necessary to add a little material first, and then turn it on. When shutting down, a small amount of feed should be left in the machine to prevent the machine's pressing roller from contacting the template and running idly.

5. If the machine is stuck during operation, it should be stopped immediately, and the pressure roller should be pressed tightly until the bolts are loosened, and then the machine should be restarted.

6. After each work is completed, the adjustment roller bolts must be loosened.

7. After using the machine for a certain period of time or extruding a certain amount of pellets, if the pellets produced are broken or the pellets are not solid, turn the top of the grinding disc to the bottom and add 2%-4% water to the mixed feed.

8. Always check the tightness of the belt to prevent low machine output and belt slippage.

9. When the pellet machine is used again, it should work at low load for about 40 hours, and then replace the gear oil in the gearbox. In the future, it needs to be replaced regularly every 100 hours, and all bearings should be filled with lubricating grease regularly. 10. The pellet machine works continuously, and the motor heats up to 70 degrees, which is a normal phenomenon.
