Production process and operating conditions:

• Technological process: transport the purchased biomass raw materials such as sawdust, bark, and branches from the raw material site to the workshop by car, input the biomass into the cutting machine by manual feeding, cut into 15-20mm long needle-shaped and foamy fragments, and then send the fragments to the screw conveyor through the cyclone separator, and then use the screw conveyor to preprocess the machine and send them to the granulator for granulation, and then the particles fall into the cooler for cooling. The qualified granules are weighed by the granule storage hopper to the seam machine for packaging, and the packaged granules are sent to the finished product warehouse by the vehicle. The crushed material under the sieve is returned to the granulator for re-granulation
