Application
The feed pellet machine extrudes the mixed powdered feed into a cylindrical pellet at one time. The raw materials dry in and out. There is no need to add water or drying during the pelletizing process. The natural temperature rises to about 70℃-80℃. The inside of the pellets is matured deeply, the surface is smooth and hard, the length can be adjusted, and the molding rate is 100%. The pellets are not easy to mold or deteriorate, and can be stored for a long time. Various additives and drugs can be added to the processed feed pellets, with little nutritional loss and the ability to kill energy. Pathogenic microorganisms and parasites improve the palatability of livestock and poultry, digest and absorb functions, shorten the fattening period of livestock and poultry, and effectively ensure the production costs of the majority of farmers. It is a professional farmer raising rabbits, fish, pigs, chickens, sheep, cattle, etc. And ideal equipment for small and medium-sized feed processing plants.
Warm reminder: The raw materials cannot contain metal hard objects. If they are grass straw, etc., they need to be crushed before being granulated, otherwise the machine will easily jam.
