Working Principle
- Raw Material Mixing: Put corn flour, soybean meal, fish meal, vitamin, mineral and other raw materials into the mixer, and mix them evenly.
- Extrusion Molding: The mixed raw materials are sent to the screw extruder, and under the action of high temperature (120-180℃) and high pressure, the raw materials are gelatinized and extruded.
- Drying & Cooling: The extruded pellets are sent to the dryer to remove excess moisture, then cooled to room temperature.
